Jenny, Rich & Sophia

Only a week before Christmas I had a last minute photo shoot for family Christmas Presents.

Jenny, Rich and their beautiful new addition to the family, Sophia have just had an extension and redecorated which gave us a lovely clean backdrop for our photos, and I even got them lying on their fronts at one stage with wonderful results.

We had to get in some pictures in front of the tree to remind everyone of babies first Christmas.

What a wonderful shoot, and a lovely multi-picture photo frame was purchased as a present for mum - I hope she likes it :o)

Vanessa - Abigail & Rachel

Vanessa hadn't had many opportunities to take any photos of her little girl Rachel since she was born, with tiredness and two little girls to look after, not to mention a lost camera charger certainly not helping.

She said she regarded a professional photo shoot as a luxury, but realised how important it is to have a record of this special time in their lives as it goes by so fast when they're young.

Abigail was rather rough with her little sister. I was a bit worried when rachel slipped down slightly in her big sisters arms and she responded by yanking her back up by her head :-/

Eventually we got settled with some nice Christmassy photos in front of the tree which Vanessa is using for Christmas cards, and some photos of Rachel on her own in a hamper - Cute!

Lucy French - Maternity Shoot on Location

  

Lucy and I met at Hertford Castle on a beautifully sunny, but bitterly cold November morning.

 

We took a walk around the wonderful grounds and found some lovely and unique spots with the castle and lakes as a backdrop.

There was even a tree branch that is curved into the perfect seat (although we must have looked a right pair trying to get the ever so pregnant Lucy up into it!)

If nothing else it was a lovely walk in the park - and will hopefully immortalise such a special moment in Lucy's life forever.

Emma Collins

I had a bit of a break from the babies and weddings for a model style shoot with Emma.

  

We had some fun with different outfits and poses creating a wonderful portfolio.

 

Unfortunately I can't post some of my favourite photos up here as they were a little more revealing, but we got some great boudoir shots and was really pleased with the results.

Claire & James Russels Wedding

I had the pleasure in photographing my Claire & James' wedding last week and had a really lovely day.

Beautiful flowers were provided by Lisa Norman from Celebrate with Flowers in Herts.



Starting at Claires Mums house for prep, her little niece was all shy and kept turning her back to the camera, but as usual with children she soon started smiling and posing.

  

 

The groomsmen were organised and at the venue early (after a quick stop at the pub!)

 It was a beautiful ceremony and the look on the bride & grooms faces as they saw each-other was unmissable.

Outside it was already getting chilly and dark - But the rain held off and gave some respite for a few more photos and lots of confetti. 

 

 

After the Ceremony we headed to Cheshunt Golf Club where everyone indulged in a buffet feast and some drinking and dancing well into the night.
